Mikey began his career in B2B tech consulting before buying, growing and selling a gym in London. Experiencing first-hand the gaps in access control and security sparked his interest in improving the sector from an operator’s point of view. At Lockford Capital, he combines that background in technology and real operations to acquire and strengthen service-led businesses built on trust and reliability.

Maisie is Technical Lead of the Model Safety & Evaluation Team in the Office of Applied Artificial Intelligence at HSBC, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, backend engineers, and frontend developers. She advises Lockford Capital on the use of technology to create value within traditional service businesses, from data infrastructure to workflow automation and AI-driven insight.

Ros is Head of Strategy and Business Development at Broadridge, following several years as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. He brings deep experience in corporate strategy, growth, and operational improvement, advising Lockford Capital on deal evaluation, portfolio structure, and long-term value creation.
